1.3 Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Art Prints must be free of smudges and inside its protective bag. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days, excluding the initial shipping costs.
2. Made-to-Order Items
2.1 As a small business, we specialize in made-to-order products. These items are custom-made and cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.
2.2 If a made-to-order item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a repair or replacement.
3. Faulty Items
3.1 If you receive a faulty item, you have the right to request a repair or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately if you discover a fault.
3.2 If a repair or replacement is not possible or does not resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a full refund, excluding shipping costs, within six months of purchase. The cost of returning faulty items is to be covered by the customer.
